SOLAR WATER HEATERS
Solar water heaters' boilers are protected internally against corrosion with glazing genuine smelt of Bayer Germany & Ferro Holland (by DIN 4753) baked at 830 degrees Celsius.
Their metal structure made by special 1204 V.E. steel of 2.5mm is ideal by material quality and treatment aspect thereof to accept the right glass coating.
The outer coating is made by stainless housing.
Their insulation is made by polyurethane and the infusion is made with modern automatic machine of new generation technology to achieve the highest density (40 to 45 kg / m3) of material. The thickness of the polyurethane insulation is 60mm.
The consumption and ventilation inflows of the boiler are brass nickel plated, reinforced according to DIN extensions, screwed tightly into internal reinforced sleeves to prevent possible corrosion of the internal weather conditions. The inflows of the closed circuit are of galvanized pipe (of overweight type) tightly screwed into internal reinforced sleeves.
The rosettes on the points of inflows are made by inox and not rubber, thus ensuring maximum durability.
The packaging is made by molding, durable Styrofoam for safe transport and storage.
LATO solar water heaters are of close circuit and on-demand of open natural circuit.
The special antifreeze fluid used in closed circuit enhances the performance of the solar water heater, protects it from frost and prevents fouling in the pipes of the collector. The closed circuit (mantle) where the antifreeze liquid circulates is independent and does not communicate with the water tank.

The energy savings you will get from the solar water heater will depend on how you use the hot water, the use of the electric resistance and the local weather conditions. Under good weather conditions energy savings can reach up to 100%. On sunny days, the power of radiation is greater between 10: 30 a.m - 15: 30 p.m. For this reason it is advisable to plan your needs that will require high consumption of hot water (such as washing machine, dishwasher etc ...) in the middle of the day.
ΓFor days with low sunshine and low ambient temperature we recommend you have the electrical resistance turned on in order to have constantly hot water available.
